How to Prepare for Your Consultation:
Please drink plenty of water prior to arrival, keeping water close by through the duration of the session.
Please come well-nourished and fed if possible, as overwhelming emotions can suppress hunger affecting the rest of the day.
It's important to show up to this session as present as possible, clearing any temporary conditions picked up throughout the day. Please take 15-30 minutes prior to the appointment time to come into a present space. You may also choose to take 24 minutes prior to the appointment time, as this is the breakthrough period in which the effects of your meditative practice bleeds into the rest of your day.
If possible and in alignment with you, take time to consider your daily habits and routine, taking note of what is supporting you and what may be holding you back. The work we do within this session will extend beyond the time we share together. Come prepared by being ready to make necessary changes in your life.
A recording will be sent to you after our meeting, that you may revisit at your leisure, so taking notes will not be necessary during our session. Make sure your internet connection is stable, with a proper camera and microphone.
After Care:
Please remember to drink plenty of water throughout the rest of the day and take the necessary steps to care for yourself after our meeting. This process will look different for everyone, so please listen to what your body is requesting from you.
For some, this may look like journaling, napping, nourishing through food, taking deep breathes, light stretching, taking a shower or bathing, or getting fresh air.
Please allot time after our session to center and provide yourself the space to process anything that may be coming up for you. Refrain from scheduling any important appointments directly after this session, if possible.
